Log Services/HOS
Whether your driver(s) go coast to coast, or go across the street, all companies are required to have some type of time records. Documentation of fatigue can be performed several ways, in certain instances a time card will do, other times your driver will have to complete a long form log.
Hours of service/Driver logs, are looked at more closely than other areas of an audit. If you fail this area you will not get a Satisfactory Rating, even if you are perfect in every other part of the Compliance review.
