Motor Carrier Compliance & Safety Company made our start in Ohio and is well recognized throughout the state for our expertise as a leader in establishing pristine safety and compliance results for our customers.

Since our opening nearly 18 years ago, MCCS has grown to service companies throughout the United States and has just recently opened a second office in Pennsylvania. With our extensive knowledge and experience, our goal is to keep both large and small companies in the trucking and transportation industry in compliance with the ever-changing regulations as mandated by the State and Federal governments.

and federal in-house compliance reviews. Maintaining compliance can be crucial to your business. We set-up all new drivers with a qualification file and make sure that each file has the latest pertinent information according to Federal and State regulations. In addition to initial driver setup, MCCS is responsible for driver background checks, notification to your company when all renewable documents for your driver’s DQ files are coming due.

Additionally, we can supply you with all the necessary company policies and a security plan that your company may need. Motor Carrier Compliance & Safety Co also keeps up with additional certifications as required by your specific organization, such as certification and recertification of the HM126, HM232, & HM225 testing, every two years for Hazmat companies. In other words, we become your “Safety Director”.
